VALUING FUN
RIOT GAMES

ALL OF THEIR BENEFITS ENCOURAGE
TEAM BUILDING AND MINGLING

Not surprisingly, considering their status as Fortune’s 13th best company to work for, Riot Games are a company that values fun. Their benefits range from free food to optional daily League of Legends playtests.

With onus placed upon a sense of society within the company, all of their benefits encourage team building and mingling. We can see this in their board game nights and movie screenings happening on a regular basis and which give their staff exclusive previews of upcoming flicks. However they don’t have to venture far to blow off some steam, as their headquarters also boasts an on-site arcade, complete with gaming chairs, to make our teenage selves weep with jealousy.

RIOT GAMES WANT TO IMMERSE THEIR EMPLOYEES
IN THE GAMING LIFE

THEIR DOWN-TIME DOESN'T HAVE TO
CARRY A HEAVY PRICE TAG

Riot Games want to immerse their employees in the gaming life and offer £25 a month to each employee to spend on whatever games they like the look of. Meaning their down-time doesn’t have to carry a heavy price tag. But it’s not all couch potato life there, as gym membership and free fruit are also on the cards.
